We want you to be completely satisfied with our services! If you are unhappy with any aspect of your cleaning, please reach out to us immediately so we can address the issue. First, we’ll review the situation to fully understand your concerns, and then we will re-clean the problem area at no additional charge. The re-clean must be scheduled within two business days of your original service date. If you’re still not satisfied and the issue is due to an oversight on our part, we’ll offer a full or partial refund based on the circumstances. Please note, in order to qualify for a refund, the re-clean must be accepted and completed within two business days of your initial service.

Dependability Guarantee

Your trust in our reliability is important to us. Our cleaning technicians are almost always punctual, but in cases of unexpected delays such as heavy traffic or other unforeseen events, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the scheduled time window has passed and you haven’t heard from your technician or our office, please call us at 623-977-6725 so we can promptly look into the situation. If for any reason we are unable to clean your home on the scheduled day, we will reschedule for the earliest available date and apply a $100 discount as compensation for the inconvenience.
