We want you to be completely satisfied with our service! If for any reason you’re unhappy with any aspect of our cleaning, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We’ll start by thoroughly assessing the situation to understand your concern, then re-clean the problem area at no additional cost. The re-clean will be scheduled within two business days following your original service date. If you’re still not satisfied and the issue is due to an error on our part, we will offer a refund or partial refund based on the circumstances. Please note, to be eligible for a refund, the re-clean must be accepted and completed within two business days of the initial cleaning.
Dependability Guarantee
You can rely on us to be punctual and consistent. Our cleaning technicians almost always arrive on time, unless there are exceptional circumstances like heavy traffic or other unforeseen events, in which case we’ll notify you as soon as possible. If your scheduled arrival window has passed and you haven’t heard from us, please call our office at 623-977-6725, and we’ll promptly look into it. In the rare event that we miss your appointment, we’ll reschedule your cleaning at the earliest convenience and apply a $100 discount for the inconvenience. That’s our Dependability Guarantee.
