We want you to be completely satisfied with our service! If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our cleaning, please reach out to us right away so we can address your concern. We will first assess the issue to ensure we understand your feedback, then re-clean the problem area at no additional cost. The re-clean must take place within two business days of your original service. If you’re still not satisfied and the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will offer a refund or partial refund depending on the situation. Please note that a re-clean must be accepted and completed within two business days from the initial service for a refund to be considered.
Dependability Guarantee
We want you to be able to rely on us. Our cleaning technicians are rarely late, except in cases of heavy traffic or unexpected circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible. If your appointment window has passed and you haven’t heard from the technician or our office, please call us at 623-977-6725 so we can look into the matter. In the rare event that we don’t clean your home on the scheduled day, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity and apply a $100 discount for the inconvenience. That’s our Dependability Guarantee.
