We want you to be thrilled with our service! If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our cleaning, please let us know immediately so we can address the issue. We’ll first review the situation to fully understand your concern and then re-clean the affected area at no extra cost. This re-cleaning must be scheduled within two business days of your original service date. If you’re still unsatisfied and it’s determined that Dirt Busters is at fault, we will offer a refund or partial refund depending on the situation. Please note, to qualify for a refund, the re-clean must be accepted and completed within two business days of the original service.
Dependability Guarantee
You can count on us to be reliable. Our cleaning technicians almost always arrive on time, except in cases of unexpected events like heavy traffic. If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. If your cleaning team hasn’t arrived within the scheduled window and you haven’t heard from us, please call our office at 623-977-6725 so we can look into it. In the rare event we are unable to clean your home on the scheduled day, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity and offer a $100 discount as compensation for the inconvenience.
