If for any reason you’re unhappy with any aspect of our cleaning, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We will first evaluate the situation to fully understand your concern, and then re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. The re-clean must be scheduled within two business days of your initial service. If you remain unsatisfied and we determine that Dirt Busters is at fault, we will provide a refund or partial refund based on the circumstances. Please note that a refund can only be offered if the re-clean is accepted and completed within the two business day timeframe.
