We want you to be completely satisfied with our service! If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our cleaning, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right. We’ll first assess the situation to fully understand your concern, then re-clean the problem area at no additional cost. The re-clean must be completed within two business days of your original service. If you’re still not satisfied and the issue is our fault, we will offer a refund or partial refund based on the circumstances. Please note that a re-clean must be accepted and completed within two business days of the initial service in order for us to provide a refund.
Dependability Guarantee
We take pride in being reliable. Our cleaning technicians rarely arrive later than scheduled unless there’s heavy traffic or an unexpected situation, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible. If the arrival window has passed and you haven’t heard from your technician or our office, please call us at 623-977-6725 so we can investigate. In the unlikely event that we are unable to clean your home on the scheduled day, we will reschedule for the earliest possible date and discount the service by $100 for the inconvenience. That’s our Dependability Guarantee.
