We want you to be thrilled with our service! If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please reach out to us right away. We’ll review the situation to fully understand your concerns and then re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. The re-clean must be completed within two business days of your original service date. If you’re still not satisfied and the issue is due to our fault, we’ll offer a refund or partial refund based on the circumstances. Please note, for a refund to be considered, the re-clean must be accepted and completed within two business days of the initial service.

Dependability Guarantee

You can count on us! Our cleaning technicians make every effort to arrive on time. In the rare event of heavy traffic or other unforeseen delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. If your scheduled time window has passed without any communication from our team, please contact us at 623-977-6725 so we can address the situation. Should we fail to clean your home on the scheduled day, we’ll reschedule for the earliest available date and apply a $100 discount as compensation for the inconvenience.
